Bhastrika pranayama is very beneficial for losing weight. You can practice it regularly for 10 to 20 minutes. You can lose belly fat very easily after practicing bhastrika pranayama on regular basis. Pranayama is also very beneficial for maintaining a healthy weight and healthy body.

Yoga is very beneficial for losing weight. However, lot of patience is required for losing weight with help of yoga. You need to be completely dedicated and devoted to yoga for losing weight with the help of yoga, you will not notice a sudden change but change in your weight is sure if you practice yoga daily.

Bhastrika is very very good for losing belly fat. Not only bahstrika but all types of pranayama are good for losing belly fat. I do pranayama regulary and it is really helping me to maintain a flat belly it is really wonderful to have flat belly with the help of yoga.
