There is no single relaxation technique that is best for everyone. Try green tea or a walk for it.When choosing a relaxation technique, consider your specific needs, preferences, fitness level, and the way you tend to react to stress.

There is no single relaxation technique that is best for everyone. When choosing a relaxation technique, consider your specific needs, preferences, fitness level, and the way you tend to react to stress. The right relaxation technique is the one that resonates with you, fits your lifestyle, and is able to focus your mind and interrupt your everyday thoughts in order to elicit the relaxation response. Some effective techniques are breathing techniques, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation technique, visualization meditation, yoga and tai chi. Even simple head massage also works well.

The massage usually goes between 25 – 45 minutes, and may or may not use certain oils in the hair and on the body. Starting at the upper back, the Indian Head masseuse begins by applying pressure to points that dissolve knots and relax the muscles. They then move to the shoulders and upper arms to release other common areas of tension, and to the neck and head to release headache-causing blockages and to encourage better circulation of the cerebral fluid. The massage then progresses to the scalp, relaxing the entire head, encouraging circulation and stimulating hair growth. Lastly, the masseuse may choose to perform a gentle face massage that may relieve symptoms of sinusitis & headaches, and encourages good circulation and a glowing complexion.

I usually have head massage with warm oil after a tiring day. My masseur is an Ayurvedic doctor and he told me the principle behind this. I am going to share this with you. Indian head massage is very relaxing and helps in releasing stress. It works to release blocked negative energy in the body that manifests itself as disease. It does so by applying pressure to certain points on the neck, shoulders and head. This unblocks the Chakras, and allows for a free flow of energy around the body, thus releasing stress.

Styles used in massage therapy range from long, smooth strokes to short, percussive strokes. Some massage therapists use oils and lotions; others do not. Most massage therapists have clients unclothe for a massage, but some do not. A massage can last anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours.

Before you can decide which massage style is best for you, you need to ask yourself a question. Do you simply want a massage for relaxation and stress control? Or do you need symptom relief or help with a certain health condition? releasing the chakras is the moost imp part

Overcome mosquitos and malaria
So I came across this paint for rooms that kills mosquitos on contact.
Safe for babies, humans and pets!
Just had to have my room painted with it.. and thats it.
Any mosquito that sits on it dies automatically.
