hi..im 11 weeks pregnant.. i want 2 have a baby like what we see on TV.. Chubby and healthy.. what kind of food should I eat?? Also what type of food should i have to have a fair baby.. Plssssssss help

You have to try your self in all ways which you can do for your baby and rest you have to leave on god only because final result would be given by him only know.

As a parent you are having right to wish that your baby must be chubby and fair.But one factor would be there that is genes of parent so how much you try we cannot say what would happen.

You want your baby to look fairer then you have to take food which is healthier and hygienic.You take lots of fruits and ghee items it will work out for you and your baby will be fairer.

Its all about the genetics role in the special characters you wish to see in your baby.Also you have to take lot of food that will reduce your body weight like fruits,all protiens,badam and cashew which will provide energy to you.

Vidya,

All you should pray and hope for is healthy baby. Color of the baby will depend on what color are you and your husband and your families. Majoirity of indians are wheat complexion, so don't expect very fair child that see you on tv. That will only crush your hopes. Baby will be more or less your own color range.
Trying Kesar or coconut does not do anything for color. My SIL did that all through her pregnancy and her son is wheat color mixutre of dad and mom (dad being little fair and mom being little dark

every mother wants to hv a healthy baby. but try to give ur baby a chubby look after the birth coz chubby baby in mother's womb may create problems in birth. during pregnancy take healthy diet nd drink lots of water. ya for a fair baby u can try kesar(saffron). dissolve 4-6 leaves of kesar in a glass of milk nd take it in morning. nd coconut also works to fair the baby skin. so u can try this also.
i m 28 weeks pregnant nd take kesar daily but not the coconut coz i dont like it.
