Hell.
How was your partner diagnosed with NOA with Maturation Arrest? So far from our tests hubby has NOA due to high FSH levels.
We are now at the stage of locating a good IVF clinic. I am concerned most IVF clinics specialise in female matter, whereas in our case we need a clinic with good knowledge of male matter. Hubby will need to MESA/TESA so see if sperm present, therefore it is essential we go to a clinic with a good dr to perfrm this...where have you tried?...can you recommend any clinics/dr's?

Hello, My husband has obstructive azoospermia due to vas absence. Dr Rupin shah- the andrologist- retrieved the sperms. Dr Vijay mangoli- the embryologist- fertilized my eggs I became pregnant both times.

ours also is a severe male factor.. non obstructive where there is maturation arrest.. we have tried with all possibilities but with no positive result.. i would love to hear from you about your experience if you could give any hopes to us..

Oh....my husband has non obstructive...therefore its more severe...i would love to hear from anyone with similiar problem

Dr Sadhana desai is one of the best and most senior infertility specialist in India. I had very good experience with her. I tried twice for male factor infertility , conceived both times and luckily blessed with a boy and a girl. There are three best points about her clinic. 1- her warm, caring attitude and precise, economical treament.2- ultramodern IVF laboratory with most experienced EMBRYOLOGIST. 3- complete transperency in records. You get all details about your eggs and embryos, which I did not find in other centres. All he best.

I have just read ur message and i am very interested in your experience. I too have contacted Dr Sadhana Desai for treatment. Like you our situation is also due to male infertility. So far I have simply advised her of our diagnostic results from our check up with a local clinic. Pls share ur experience with Dr. Thangam verma MMM chennai & Dr Sadhana Desai Gamdevi Mumbai. who is best. Will they accept the previous report s & start the treatment or they will ask to take test. did anyone has conceived with their treatment IVF/ICSI pls share, it will helpful for me to decide.

yes dr.thangam varma would accept to all the old reports.. if only needeed they will ask to repeat hormone analysis.. they are good... i have started treatment with them but nw i have stopped.. will soon resume treatment with them..all the very best
