I have been reading about all these behavior concerns that children are showing & I am sure you parents are really worked about this whole thing, so, I thought may be if I can share this technique with you, may it will help, this is called Emotional Freedom Techniques, you must be wondering what am i referring to, let me tell you, this a very new age technique which is a cobination of Energy Psychology & Chinese Acuporessure... sounds weird? be ready to do more crazy stuff but if you go along, i guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised with the results.

In this procedure you will need to tap on certain parts of your body with your fingers, u can use as amny fingers as you want & you can use any hand..
The first point is Karate Chop point, u must have seen Karate master breaking bricks with their hands that is the point... it is between your little finger & Wrist.
Now start the process, while tapping on the Karatee chop point read this lines
\" Even though, I am really frustrated with my child' s( use his/ her name) behaviour I Totally & completely love & accept myself\"
\" Even though I am really frustrated & do not know what to do with him/her I totally & completely love & accept myself\"
\" Even thogh I feel so lonely & anxious when he/ she behaves like that i love & accept myself any way\"
Now tap on the top of your head & say \" I am really frustrated\"
Tap between your eyebrows & say \" I do not konw what to do\"
Tap at the side of the eyes- both sides, \" I feel really helpless'
Tap under the eyes say \" I feel very frustrated\"
Tap under the nose & say \" I feel as if I am a Failure a parent\"
Tap on the chin & say \" I am frustrated & I do not know what to do\"
Tap on the collar bone & say \" I am really angry at my self for not able to find the solution to this problem\"
Tap under the arm about four inches down & say \" I am really frustrated & angry with this whole situation\"
NOw take a deep breath & check how you are feeling about this whole issue..... May be you are feeling little better. I suggest you continue repeating the above steps till you feel comfortable about whatever issue you r dealing with...
