I had the same problem - i try to avoid lot of tuver daal - generally i mix 2 to 3 daal Specially masoor daal and eat for protein source. You can make food with hing it will help you. Also try to walk after you eat. do not sit after eating for long time, eat kidney beans, chole and other daal with skin on it for protein instead of just moong daal

Do you cook it with ginger and hing. It is supposed to help. Are you in the US? Can you check about using Beano drops along with food?
