But I've alot of gas problem now, sometimes I even get pain in my tummy, chest and back all because of the gas. Anybody know any solution for this? Any natural food solution, without any medication? Any advice please......

Also try to walk after you eat. do not sit after eating for long time, eat kidney beans, chole and other daal with skin on it for protein instead of just moong daal

Do you cook it with ginger and hing. It is supposed to help. Are you in the US? Can you check about using Beano drops along with food?
