My kids are very lazy, they do not practice yoga. Is there any solution to encourage them to practice yoga. They do not like to practice yoga and it is very difficult to convince them about the benefits of practicing yoga regularly. Please somebody suggest me how to change their mindset.

Whenever I do yoga or pranayama I make my son laugh and he feels that yoga is fun so he joins me too.

Hi Devyani, It is not so difficult to encourage your kids to practice yoga if they are young. The first step which you can take to encourage your kids to practice yoga is that you should start practicing yoga yourself first. I am sure that they will follow you and practice yoga with you regularly.

Children should learn to do pranayama. Pranayama is very beneficial yoga asana for kids. It helps to improve concentration and help child study well for the exams. Other than pranayama, children can practice shav asana and padmasana. These asanas are very beneficial for children.
