Thank u for the information provided.My spouse is also having bi lateral varicocele(Left more than right).So one of the doctor suggested us to get varicocele operated and try but some other doctor' s whom we met in london and bangalore also said that varicocele cannot make the count nil but it sure has an effect on count .so we have very less hope even if we get operated for varicocele also.
I got my appointment with Dr.Rajasekhar nayak (Gunashhela) on this thursday.Let' s see wht he is going to say for us.
Can u tell me like wht method ur doctor(MMM hospital) followed to retrieve the sperm in biopsy?(TESE or TESA or MTESE)?
I have a query like ...I read from many sites that even though the sperm is extracted with biopsy(TESE) procedure without starting the ICSI treatment, that sperm is not suitable for freezing and go for ICSI in later peiod of time.We have to go for sperm extraction and simoultaneously take treatment for ICSI (all injections) and on the day before egg retrieval TESE will be performed to retrieve the sperm and if found, will be used for ICSI.Is it true?
Which method u have followed? am so scared to take all those injections and all it will be a waste if no good sperm is found in retrieval and we have to stop the cycle.

MicroTESE(MTESE) is the best way to retrieve sperm for NOA people instead of normal TESE which needs an experienced surgeon to operate.Check for this MTESE.
