Yoga asanas like Shavasana are very good for coping with stress. Pranayama is also very good for coping with stress. The good thing about these yoga postures is that these yoga postures can be practiced any time and anywhere. These yoga postures are also very easy to practice. All yoga postures help to deal with stress but some yoga postures are difficult to practice and need expert' s guidance. However, any one can practice Shavasana and Pranayama.

The article is very nice. These tips are very nice for dealing with stress. I have started practicing yoga and I feel very nice and stress free. It is necessary to practice stress management techniques like yoga to live stress free life. Yoga is very good for coping with stress.

Subject:  Yoga for stress relief
Yoga is very good for giving relief from stress. I practice yog nidra everyday for getting relief from stress. It does not harm to take 1 hour out from the busy schedule for practicing yoga regularly. Yoga is very beneficial for getting relief from stress. Everybody should practice yoga for dealing with stress.
