Subject:  Parents should control eating habits
Parents should control the eating habits of children in order to raise healthy children. It is no one but parents who expose children to junk foods. Therefore, parents should themselves learn to control their eating habits so that they can control eating habits of their children and keep them away from junk food and health problems .

Parents should avoid junk food as much as they can so that they can make their children healthy. Healthy snacking options should be tried rather than eating fried and junk food. Junk food is extremely harmful for the health of child. It is ok to have junk food occasionally but it is very bad to have junk food regularly.

Right nutrition is very important for the overall development of child. If child does not gets right nutrition, and depends more on junk food, it can prove very risky for the child' s health. Therefore, parents should see to it that children do not have too much of junk food.
