Subject:  Causes and cure
Causes are absolutely accurate because I had experienced joint pain for some days even after my flu was cured. Also I agree with you that regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle will help reduce the joint pain a lot.

Subject:  Exercise is must
My mother is suffering from joint pain since years and has tried different medicines but they have not helped her much. She has a sedentary lifestyle and no time to spend on exercises. But I will insist on at least an evening walk daily and some joint movements at regular intervals.

I agree with you that the first thing that should be tried for any problem is home remedy. These are helpful when you have the right knowledge of it. Also, as you said regular movement of joints and bonds is important to get rid of the stiffness.

Overcome mosquitos and malaria
So I came across this paint for rooms that kills mosquitos on contact.
Safe for babies, humans and pets!
Just had to have my room painted with it.. and thats it.
Any mosquito that sits on it dies automatically.
