Medical Conditions:little Girl´ s helath problem

Name: na.pal Hi All,
Doctor says my nice has a problem called \" Koreya\" I am unable to find any information on this health condition
anybody heard about it.

Her symptoms are she doesn' t have body control & her speech is not clear
she goes to school & understands most part of daily life

This had happened to her when she was a baby .
her Mom' s blood group is O -ve & dad +ve

When she was born she had high jaundice & she need a blood transfusion but it took 2 days to find the blood
so she was affect from this

Does anybody know any place where this can be treated or any solution .
I am desperate to help this little girl.
Please show me a way to help this little girl .

Hi,
I know the pain that relatives go through when some one suffers from chorea. My FIL had this problem and they went for treatment only when the symptoms were severe. After certain age, medicines won' t be effective, thats what doctors said. Every one especially my MIL and my FIL' s father suffered a lot because of his illness. If you are in Bangalore, you can visit Nimhans, Wilson Garden. But if you know some one there, it is good. Otherwise it takes hell lot of time in registration, waiting Etc. and also getting good attendtion is lil difficult.

called ' CHOREA' Or sydenham' s chorea, there is information about it all over the net.
COnsult a neurologist, only a neurologist can help in this matter.
