I am surprised to know that breathing exercises can provide so many benefits. It is very beneficial to practice it regularly. After reading the article, I have got motivated to practice Pranayama regularly. I don’t believe that just a breathing exercise can provide so many benefits. I think everybody should practice breathing exercise regularly for living a healthy life.

Pranayama is very beneficial for human beings health. You should practice Pranayama early in the morning. It is said that, one who practices Pranayama regularly lives longer and has healthier life. Pranayama is very important part of Yoga and all the Yoga exercises are based on Pranayama. Prananyam has a lot of benefits and it is very easy to practice.
