2008-11-07
Name: Sudhir Yoga and meditation are helpful for increasing the concentration of children with dyspraxia disorder. Different postures of yoga help to make their body flexible and strong. Yoga and meditation are two powerful tools that can be used by the children to cope with dyspraxia disorder. Not only dyspraxic children but also normal children can perform yoga and meditation to increase their concentration power while studying and doing other things. It is the finest gift given by the Indian culture to people world wide. It is better if children know to practice yoga and meditation right from their childhood. As dyspraxic children are more prone to stress yoga and meditation can also used by them as a stress management technique.
