Name: Editor Do you sometimes feel as if your mind is too stressed? How do you manage to sift through what is required and what is not? What strategies do you use to deal with the clutter in your mind?

Subject:  Good tips
I find these tips very helpful and easy to follow. It does not make you feel as if you have to do something very difficult. I used some of them and they really worked. I especially liked the part about sleeping properly. I have changed the position of my bed and I find that I am sleeping much more peacefully now.

Subject:  Sleep is important
I definitely agree that sleep is important. I have noticed that whenever I do not get proper sleep, I am more tired mentally. I cannot focus or concentrate on anything. Plus, my entire body feels very heavy and I literally feel like I am dragging myself from place to place.

Nowadays, there is too much stress. Right from school days, children have to worry about exams and marks. Then, you have job stress. After that, you have the stress of finding a good partner and then looking after your children. Throughout life, there is only stress.
