Hi All, For better health and nutritions we have lots of diff shakes provided by Herbalife and also energy drinks which really help even in weight management too. These are used for inner nutrition. They have products for outer nutritions also. I am from Pune and using all of these products. If you need any help please let me know.

I don' t believe you need to go only to a gym to lose weight. My mother in law started walking daily. Within six months she had lost weight and also feels much better. Going to a gym is only okay if you want to be a bodybuilder. It is all about simply wasting money by joining these expensive gyms. Joining gyms is a fast growing trend today however it is just wastage of money and nothing else. Walking is the most cost-effective way of losing weight, noting can be as simple and good than walking.

I would never buy second-hand equipment. I do not believe in using something that has already been used by someone else. I would prefer to pay little more money and buy new equipment for myself. It is very irritating if you buy second hand exercise equipment and it stops working. It is always advisable to buy new things to for your regular exercise and fitness routine. The best thing is to join good gym so that we get to use best exercising equipments only by paying some fees for regular exercise training and fitness training in the gym.

Thanks for these suggestions. I have been waiting to start exercising for some time now but I did not want to immediately join a gym. I tend to be lazy and if I go to the gym, I will stop after some time. Therefore, it is better that I try these exercises first before I invest in a gym membership. It is a very good thing that we are able to follow fitness regime without spending much time at gyms by using these tips. This fitness tips are really helpful and can be followed by people from all the age-group. It is really important to note down these good exercise tips and ideas.
