Name: annie hi,im new here,im really desprate 4 a baby,ive been maried 4 a year now.doc just told me dat i have pcos n dat i need 2 lose weight.ive heard about low carbohydrate diet,n dat it really works.if ne 1 can send me the plan or suggestions i'll really b really thanful.1 another thing ive heard if u drink black tea with out sugar it helps 2 reduce weight...what do u ppl think?

Benefits
Possible more nutritious than the ordinary food eating habits of many people.
It provides low fat and lots of complex carbohydrates.
Drawbacks
It is no a plan for long-term health.
It is not recommended a long-term maintenance diet.
It lacks daily access to complete protein.

Hi there, drinking hot water slowly after the meal really does the trick.it increases the metabolism & the fat burning process is fast. try this with some exercise,u will definitely have some results.
