My husband is obese. His family is obsessed with sweets. They just can not live wihtout sweets. Every alternate day they make some sweet dish. Sometimes they have suji ka halwa in breakfast. My family, on contrary, eats less sweet. I am not that much fond of sweets. Sweet foodstuffs have lots of unwanted calories and are not good for health. As I said my hubby is overweight, he always has food cravings. He can not control his urge to eat food that is sweet in taste. We visited to our family doctor regarding his condition. Our doctor has suggested him to take on some weight loss plan to fight his obesity.

I have a moderate sweet tooth. Though I have a moderate sugar addiction, I make it sure that I keep it in control. If anyone serves me sweets, I take a small part of it. If someone offers laddoo as Prasad I request them to give me only the half part of it. Sweet foodstuffs are responsible for weight gain and obesity. I do regular exercise and on weekends I go for swimming. At the time of festivals like Ganesha Chaturthi or Diwali, I make sure that I do not eat too much. Sometimes it is hard to control cravings for sweet food after having lunch or dinner. We always store colas and ice-creams in our fridge. I liked the tip in the article that one should not store too many sweets at home.

Yes, I have a sweet tooth. I can eat whatever that is sweet. In our family we make sweets on every possible occasion. Sweets like suji ka halwa, besan ke laddoo, gulabjamun, burfi and pedhas are frequently made or bought from outside. No matter whether it is someone’s birthday or just a holiday, sweets are there. From childhood I have been eating lots of sweets. I know sweets have lots of sugar in them and such amount of sugar is not at all good for your health. Last month I was quite concerned about my weight. My doctor told me that I should start a weight loss program or do something to reduce my extra calories. In our family most of the members are overweight. I am trying to control my food cravings lately.

Overcome mosquitos and malaria
So I came across this paint for rooms that kills mosquitos on contact.
Safe for babies, humans and pets!
Just had to have my room painted with it.. and thats it.
Any mosquito that sits on it dies automatically.
