Aches and Pains:hand and leg numbness after c-sec

Name: smita kunwar I have right hand and leg numbness after one month of c-section. I thought that it is weakness but after 6 month also it persists.Anyone has any idea abt this?

getting rid of numbness

Hi Smita,
I have the same problem. Well it happens mostly because of lack of exercise. Try yoga or some exercise. Well you can also do some household chores like washing clothes. this helped me in getting rid of the numbness.

I had a normal delivery five days back. I started having abdominal pains two days back. It was unbearable. I consulted with my gynec who just gave me pain medicines.
