I know there are too many articles that have been written about how people cured PCOD. I know what you would have been thinking. I used to think the same that every body is different and what worked for her will not work for me.. But still spare some time and read what I had been through.

I am 33 years old. I got married at age of 27 and after 1 year we started trying for a baby. After trying for 3 months when nothing happened, we went to see a doctor and I was diagnosed with PCOD and retroverted uterus and my husband had very low sperm motility. Doctor gave some medication and we tried for another one year with those medications. With PCOD I was slim, but i started putting on weight with those medications which was very frustrating for me. Then doctor suggested to go for 3 cycles of IUI. All went unsuccessful and my doctor suggested to undergo Laproscopy to see if everything else is fine inside like Fallopian blockage etc. My Fallopian tubes turned to be unblocked but doctor found another serious problem. I had a balloon like growth towards both side of my Fallopian tube which was obstructing the egg to meet sperm and doctor said there is very less hope that anything can be done in your case as that growth was by birth and on trying to remove that extra growth, my tubes will get damaged. So we lost all hope..

I stopped the Allopathy treatment and started trying for some homeopathic treatments. 1- 1 1/2 years passed like this. But nothing worked out.. My family started pressurizing to undergo IVF.. They met many well know doctors in India with my reports and most of them said it will not be possible in a natural way. I had decided not to undergo the IVF treatment as I feel the possibility of getting pregnant is 20-30 but the possibility of you getting in depression and spoiling your body is very high (this was just my mind set :) ). After struggling for 3 years, I was tired and wanted a healthy life more than anything else. I finally got to know about one more homeopathic doctor in Bangalore and decided to give it one last try. Trust me, I stopped thinking about baby and was more concentrating on having a healthy body. We continued his treatment for another 1 and half years. As he suggested i also started concentrating on physical exercises.. I did lot of research on Internet and found set of Yoga exercises I should do to cure PCOD. I tried to do them as much as I could.. After taking his medicines for 1 and half years, my period started to become extremely irregular and I got so frustrated that I stopped his treatment as well but continued with my exercises. Meanwhile I had to go for some office assignment for 8-9 months which I decided to take up as both of us were tired of this baby thing. Then after I stopped taking his medicine for just 1 month, my husband visited me and he went back after 1 month. As soon as he left, my periods were delayed again and I was so frustrated that I cant explain. I was thinking that there is no point in getting up at 5 in the morning and doing exercises as nothing works out for me.. But my husband said why dont you just do a pregnancy test once. I started to believe that I can never get pregnant but still I did the test and to my wonder it came positive. This was really a miracle in our case. I am sure the medicines of this homeopathic doctor also worked for me though i stopped taking them just one month before. I am 8 weeks pregnant right now.. I am still abroad for my official assignment but I am going back soon in 1 month..

The purpose of this whole story is that you should not loose hope if people like me can get pregnant. I will share the set of exercises I was doing

Hi...This is Aditya here from Delhi.Well i belong to Punjabi family and i am very fair ,with light Brown hairs ,Light brown eyes and having very good health.I have got very good sperm count .I have done my MBA in marketing from IMT..Presently i am working with one of the leading MNC in Gurgaon as business head...I am ready to donate my sperm for couple who are really in need.
