Yoga is very good it helped me to lose lot of weight. It is very essential to practise yoga regularly. Only after that it is possible to lose weight. I do not know why people adopt other measures to lose weight and waste money on gyms. However, it is very necessary to take proper training before practising yoga. I learnt yoga from a very good yoga trainer who is actually my neighbour. With her help I learnt yoga which made possible for me to lose weight and get a flexible body.

Subject:  I tried yoga
I tried to do yoga but could not practise regularly because of my busy work schedule. It was very difficult for me to take out some time and practice yoga. But I feel that it is the best way of losing weight. I have seen many people who were obese in the beginning. However, with the help of yoga, they were able to obtain a slim and flexible body. But it is not necessary that only obese or fat people have to do yoga. A normal person can also try it for getting peace of mind. It has also helped many to cope with diseases.

Subject:  Yoga teacher in Mumbai
I am finding a good yoga teacher in Mumbai. I am very keen on losing weight with the help of yoga. I just want to know about a good yoga teacher through word of mouth. I want to know about the trainer from others and their experiences. I want to know about the opinion about few people because I do not believe only on advertisements. This is because it happens many times that the advertisements are good but the end products are worst. I really do not want to trust advertisements because I want to learn only from a good and well experienced yoga teacher.
