Subject:  Meditation helps me
Recently I attended a book exhibition and came across wonderful books on yogasanas, yoga postures, pranayama, and meditation. I also read a lot about BKC Iyengar, the great yoga guru. I believe that yoga itself is meditation. When you perform yoga, you go in trance like atmosphere where you can experience calmness, purity, and traqualtiy. There is not any other wonderful experience than experiencing meditation. Meditation helps me to get rid of negative thoughts and energy. It boosts my energy and helps me to concentrate perfectly. I usually practice pranayama and meditation in the morning. I am also planning to join yoga classes.

Subject:  Pranayama gives me strength
I hardly get time to practice yoga, pranayama, and meditation. I try hard to find time to practice simple breathing exercises in the morning. I have even made a New Year resolution that I will dedicate more time to perform pranayama in the morning. I think one should go for a walk in the fresh air in the early morning. I also believe that you will benefit double from your pranayama session if your will perform it in the open air. Whenever I get little time I go to my building’s terrace and practice pranayama there. Pranayama gives me strength and makes me feel fresh.

Subject:  Mediation makes me feel great
Yes, I do believe in the power of yoga and meditation. I think yoga is the great way to lead healthy life and it is the great way to achieve stable mind. Initially I was not able to concentrate and put unwanted thoughts aside while practicing meditation but slowly with regular practice I have improved a lot. Now I can meditate continuously for half an hour without getting disturbed. I love to hear soothing music while doing meditation. I practice pranayama too. I like Kapalbhati pranayama a lot. After doing it I feel stress free. Whenever I feel tired, I practice pranayama. Pranayama has helped a lot. Now I do not feel stressed out.
