Practicing Ashtanga yoga has helped me to solve almost all of my health problems. I feel much better after practicing it. It also helps to get a healthy and glowing skin. Except for some difficult poses Ashtanga yoga is not very difficult to practice. It also helped me to lose weight. It is also useful to be calm and patient. Ashtanga yoga also helps to face other dreadful disease. Now I teach it to my children also so that they are able to concentrate on their studies and score good marks. I think it will be better for aged people also because aged people face most of the health problems. It helps to improve digestive system. It is good for overall physical fitness.

Subject:  Ashtanga yoga is better than any exercise
Ashtanga yoga is better than any other forms of exercise. If you do regular practice of Ashtanga yoga there is no need for any other exercise. It is also good for health. It has provided benefits for many people around the world. I used to exercise before practicing any kind of yoga. Now I prefer to do Ashtanga yoga instead of any from of exercise. It is the best way to stay healthy and fit. It has increased my capacity to work. I do not get easily tired. Now I can work for hours. I learned it from a yoga expert for few days, now I practice it on my own. The guidance for some difficult steps is needed.

I am a dance teacher. I practice Ashtanga yoga so that my body becomes more flexible. It helps me to do various dance steps easily. I take help of Ashtanga yoga teacher. I also suggest my students to follow Ashtanga yoga so that they can perform difficult dance steps with ease. I have learned that many good dancers and actors practice yoga to make their performance. Even it helps build your stamina to perform your work. It is the best form of yoga that one can practice. I have experienced its benefits. I think that each and every individual should give importance to Yoga practice in their life. it is a best thing that you can do to your self
