Subject:  Preventing weight gain in winters
Weight gain in winters can be easily prevented by eating intelligently. Healthy eating which includes lots of fresh fruits and vegetables are good for skin and health. Including nuts, fish and fiber rich foods help in getting clear skin in winter while preventing weight gain. Limit the intake of fatty and oily foods.

Winter is the time for indulging for me. I eat lot of nuts, chikis and gajar halwa. I also make sure to have homemade ghee. Pakoras and hot tea are my all time favourite.

Hi Gauri, its good to indulge in winters but do make sure to include healthy foods. Winter binging can lead to obesity if not controlled. Nuts, dry fruits and chikis are fine in winters but too much of them can lead to digestive problems. Too much of oily, fried stuff and ghee is also not good for health. Make sure to have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
