Yoga is beneficial for our health. I practice Kapalbhati regularly. It provides lots of health benefits as mentioned in the article. It not only gives you good health but also a healthy mind. Meditation helps to increase concentration in each and every work of day to day life. Kapalbhati is an amazing practice to look refreshing. Every body should imbibe yoga practices in their life to make life beautiful.

Subject:  Practicing pranayama is beneficial
I have completed a small yoga course and now I practice yoga daily for 30 minutes. I start by practicing pranayama. Yes, I also practice Kapalbhati pranayama. I also practice some other types of pranayama. Practicing pranayama is beneficial for your physical as well as psychological health. After practicing pranayama I practice yoga asanas that is yoga postures. I finish my exercise session by practicing meditation. I have gained a lot by practicing pranayama. I do not suffer from any respiratory problems. One of my friends who has asthama, now does not need her asthama pump since she started practicing pranayama.

I often visit India parenting to read Articles on health and yoga. I really liked this article. I am very busy in my day to day life and hardly get time to practice exercises like pranayama and yoga. I often go out of country for business purposes. But I think one must try to keep aside at least ten minutes a day to practice pranayama. I have bought many books based on pranayama and do research online too. I never practiced Kapalbhati pranayama before but now onwards I am will practice it whenever I will get time to practice. I hope it will help me to reduce the stress level due to long working hours.
