Hello All,

I agree with the above comments. Now a days we can see all such classes. We have to be well educated about this Labour and other things before delivery. As I can see all these educations are being conducted Online with one on one sessions. Good thing is we don have to go anywhere or to fix an appointment. we take classes on our time at our convenience. I gave my wife with YUMMY MOM peoples. when you ask about the Experience. Then I can say its really reasonable. As I remember the packages starts from 1000 to 6000. the thousands are single packs. and 2000, 3000, 4000...6000 are packed with three, four programs... It was a skype session. I would rate 8/10... they are good..
This information may be helpful I guess..

A childbirth class is a great way to prepare for labor and birth. The class consists of lectures, and exercises by a trained childbirth instructor.childbirth classes generally cover common childbirth complications and also how to deal with them. there are lots of childbirth class options out there but the quality varies, you really need to think about what it is you are looking for. being prepared really makes a difference.

Being prepared means having complete knowledge about the body and the labour. learning about all the stages of labor and what to expect in each one helps in mental preparation. Labor is painful but being prepared really helps as also o breathing techniques and yoga. yoga makes the body flexible.

some preparation for labour and delivery is needed and is useful. massaging the perineum is very helpful in preventing tearing of perineum. I think preparing the mind is a very good idea. learning practicing and preparing for birth is helpful. Also doing breathing exercises and staying active. The more active you stay the easier delivery is.

RE:Good Gyne in North Delhi
Hey rachna i am confused as in why you want to meet a gynae for your son you should instead go for an paediatrician. And gynae is for girls and women so i dont think he/she might be able to help out your son on medical issues.... - Richa [View Message]
