Beginners may feel that exercise is boring and thus will be lazy about it. They might also have cramps and aches after exercising the unused muscles. This may act as a dampener in exercise program. The problems can be overcome by exercising with an enthusiastic partner.

Beginners should start an exercise program slowly. They should have a realistic aim. Going in for fast results would only lead to disappointments. strenuous exercises if done from the beginning leads to a quick burn out. So the tip is to start slowly and gradually increasing the number of reps and intensity.

Exercise program is effective only when one starts with a dedicated approach. As they say, its all in the mind. Beginners should start with a goal and work towards achieving the goal. Starting with exercises that one enjoys boosts the morale while keeping you fit.
