there are many benefits of water childbirth. the foremost being reducing the labour pain. It is very relaxing method of giving birth and hence fewer stitches are required. I think it gives a new meaning to the joy of giving birth.

I am hearing a lot about water childbirth. Is this method available in India? Does it really reduce the pain during delivery? What is the cost of this method?

Hi Shaheen, Water childbirth facility is available in many big hospitals and nursing homes. It reduces pain to a great extent. It has many other benefits also and is completely safe for the baby. I have no idea about the cost of this method.
