Weight Loss:getting back pre- pregnancy weight

I would like to lose my pregnancy weight in the right manner. I have heard slower the weight loss, the better it is . Is this true? How much time do I need to get back to my pre-pregnancy shape? What are healthy alternatives for quick pregnancy weight loss?

Be realistic. There is no magic pill that will help you get instant weight loss. Try to have a healthy diet and maintain an exercise regime (only when your doctor allows you to). This is the best way to get back to shape, stay healthy and keep those extra pounds off as well.

2. Yes it is true you need some time to get back to shape after childbirth. If you are nursing, dieting is not suggested because it will affect your milk supply. Have patience. Give your body a time to get adjusted. In fact, breastfeeding also leads to weight loss and with little bit of yoga you will be able to get back into shape soon.
