Pregnancy Stretch Marks:avoid stretch marks

Name: Garima chaand Stretch marks are unsightly. I do not want to get pregnant just because of the fear of having stretch marks. Is there any way I can avoid stretch marks? Do all pregnant women get stretch marks?

You can prevent stretch marks by taking care of your skin. Moisturize it and hydrate it. Apply topical ointments rich in vitamin E around the belly before pregnancy.Eat fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins that can help keep the skin strong and healthy.

Stretch marks are not formed in pregnancy only but also in other cases of weight gain and weight loss. Try natural remedies for preventing stretch marks. They should be treated as a sign of love.
