Health Issues:Pollution may be the cause
2002-12-21
Name: Jaya I don't know where you live, but it is also happening to my son, and the docto's say it is becasue of pollution in Bombay. What they have suggested is that I keep my son away from polluted places, keep my windows up while driving, don't use any strong perfumes or agarbatis, and keep my carpets absolutely dust-free. Also, stuffed toys are a coimpletely NO-No! becaseu they gather dust the most. I have also found that my son keeps much better if I don't keep the AC on. (there is alot of duct coming through the vent becasue the pigeons love to dance on it!).

RE:Castor Oil/ Glycerine supository
Honey - some form of honey can contain deadly botulism spores. But they changed the formula for karo syrup because of this, to make it safer - so if you can get karo for constipated babies, that's healthy.

Soap - so long as you only use ordinary bathroom soap, preferably glycerin soap with no added perfume, it is totally safe to use making homemade suppositor... - Suzanne France [View Message]
