Name: Editor Do you get time for your exercise regimen? Are you not able to continue with your exercise regimen? What should be done in order to stick to the exercise regimen?

Subject:  No time for Exercise
I have a hectic work schedule. I do not understand how to take out time for the exercise regimen. I leave my house early at 8 am since my work place is not near my residence the time taken for traveling is too much. I am not getting time for the exercise regimen. How should i find time to exercise?

Subject:  Pranayama is the best exercise
It is very true that pranayama is the best exercise. I agree with Manisha. Bhastrika pranayama can give you relief from all kinds of stomach ailments at the same time it helps in reducing belly flab. If you do not get time to exercise you can spend a little amount of time doing Bhastrika pranayama.

Subject:  15 minutes for exercise
If you are unable to dedicate time for exercise regimen, you can spent 15 minutes every day doing pranayama. If you do bhastrika pranayama every day for at least 15 to 20 minutes, you do not need to spend time for doing workouts. Pranayam is the best and easiest workout you can ever do.
