Foetal Growth Movements:No morning sickness - is it a sign of miscarriage?

Hi,
I'm 7 weeks pregnant but have absolutely no morning sickness at all. I had an ultrasound done in 6 weeks and saw the baby's heart beat which was a positive thing.
But most of the websites and my friends say that it ia a negative sign not to have morning sickness. It is my first pregnancy and so I'm overly concerned about this. Please help me!!!
Thanks in advance.

Hello-

Don't worry about not having morning sickness at all. Instead, you should feel that you are lucky to not to have it. My wife didn't had any signs of morning sickness and she is carrying our first child. ( 27 weeks pregnant). So, take it easy and enjoy your pregnancy.

Good Luck

hello friend,
Congratulations!!
Morning sickness is not a compulsary feeling in a pregnancy. some will have more, some will have less or some may not have at all. you just keep your mind cool and be happy. take good care of your health for first trimester.
keep smiling!!

Hi,

Dont worry at all. Its good that you dont have any moning sickness. I am in my 6th week and touch wood till now I am not hit with the morning sickness and all. When I talked with my mom, cousins and friends what they told me is that it is good that I dont have any MS. It doesnt mean your baby is not healthy. My cousins, mom, and some of my friends didnt had any sort of MS but they did delivered healthy kids like us. So dont worry at all... Keep your mind HAPPY and worry FREE.

lov,
Mansi

In my 8 mths of pregnancy I have had 3 mornings with sickness, around 2-3 mths. I am pleased with this. I have heard it is NOT good to be sick all the time, this can be an indication of trouble with the pregnancy. You sound like you will have a healthy child. Please try not to worry and enjoy your sickness free pregnancy!

RE:adoption in a family
hey ananya this is really a very sensitive case and you should think about it before hand as in what the child would think in future as he or she grows up. Or else you will have to do counselling of the child at the right time.... - ridhi [View Message]

Hi Rupal,
So don't you have any other option because it would be very hard for you to abort the child know.So better ask for any other source if not then you decide what to do.... - Amani [View Message]
