Meditation has a number of health benefits. My father-in-law has been meditating for over a year now. His blood pressure has reduced and he feels much fitter. I think that all schools and workplaces should make meditation compulsory. It will be beneficial for all people.

On what basis are you making such statements? Is your father-in-law on any medication? Has he made other changes to his diet and lifestyle? How can you say for certain that it is the meditation itself which has helped? Please get all your facts straight before you sing the praises of anything.

Subject:  Meditation helps
Meditation is a great way to relieve stress. Everyday, I meditate for half an hour in the morning. Sometimes, if I am very tired, then I go for another session in the evening as well. I feel very refreshed after I meditate and am ready to go back to my work. It has helped me immensely.
