Hi, I am 7 months pregnant (28wks), I have had a tough pregnancy with many previous complications. Now i have started to get period type pains not severe but it comes and goes is it something? On my last check-up the doctor told me everything was ok and my uterus has become soft and if I get contractions to come to the hospital. Is in it too early? What is happening? I am scared.

Dear Charm,
First suggestion would be to join monthly group so you get benefit from different girls and their experience. In particular when you have complications!

To me it seems you are having Braxton Hicks (if the cramps are happening more than 5 times in an hour see your Dr.)

It's early but not surprising that preterm babies would born in 7 months.

If you see your Dr. in time she/he may prevent pre-term labor and make baby to stay longer in natural home -womb.
