Hi Parul,

You will get Daliya with the name of \";Cracked Wheat\"; at any Indian store. Incase you can't find it in a store near you, ask people working at the store as they will know Daliya and will be able to guide you.
You will get Oatmeal at any of the american stores.

I exercise a lot. In the morning I go for brisk walk and walk about 8 kms. Then I do some exercises such as pilates or crunches. In the evening I do cycling and some more exercises.
