I would suggest eating a banana 30 minutes after finishing off your dinner. That has worked for many pregnant woman who I have come across.I would suggest the same to you

A very commonly occurring question in every expectant mother’s mind is what food should be taken during pregnancy to avoid indigestion.As a Sr. Consultant - Gynecology at Paras Bliss Hospital my advice for a pregnant woman is to avoid raw / undercooked fish/meat/eggs.

home remedies are very effecting for dealing with indigestion in pregnancy. Home remedies are safe and have nor harmful effects. Eating ginger after meals is good for digestion as ginger aids digestion, similarly lemon cumin seeds are also helpful. Eating roasted fennel or thyme seeds also help in digestion.

coping with indigestion in pregnancy can be done through simple steps. Smaller and frequent meals, leading an active life, eating simple food all helps in easing indigestion. Avoiding spicy and oily food is the best idea during pregnancy.
