Hi All!
I used to angry for every little thing which is not in accordance to me. I had spiritual inclination so used to read a lot of books and everywhere i used to read ' Anger is harmful to urself, hence u shouldn' t get angry' but was unable to deal with it till when day when my guruji very claerly made it clear to me dat \" Evrything is God, Everybody is God\" . Seriously when u dislike something tell urself its all as per God' s will, gussa kafur ho jata hai. Jab sab mein bhagwan dikhega tabhi khush reh payenge warna to har koi sansar mein jal raha hai, pareshan hi hai.

Subject:  anger management is not difficult
Once you start realizing that controlling anger is very important for you, it will be easier to manage anger. You should keep telling your self that it is very important to control anger for your and others benefit. I will be easier coping with anger in this way. If you are not ready to control your anger people will start hating you they may even lose trust in you. You should always be calm and ready to solve problems with patience. It is very important to keep people around us for good going of the situation. It is not necessary to get angry at every small thing. When thing can be resolved with your initiative, why do not you take first step in solving problems and getting problems solved.

Subject:  I have stopped getting angry unnecessarily
I used to get angry at my colleagues and subordinates at office unnecessarily. This would result in high blood pressure and other health problems. It was very difficult for people around me to adjust with me. They used to get scared to talk to me. But controlling anger has changed my life. People around me have started respecting more because of that. I find it easy to deal with people and help them. Rather than getting angry people it is easier to help them and solve their problems. Getting angry was creating an embarrassing situation me and others also. To avoid this I have stopped getting angry and started solving problems calmly. I simple way to be happy and free form tensions and problems.

Forgiveness is the biggest strength which one can have. It is shows that you are very patient. Anger management can be based on very simple principle “forgive and forget”. It is not very difficult to forgive. Forgiveness can build up lot of patience in us and help in anger and stress management. Getting angry creates a very bad impression on others. It is very correct that getting angry can create bad impact on health also. People frequently getting angry face stress. So the easiest way to get rid of stress is stop getting angry. Controlling anger is very good for improving relationships.
