Name: Ravi I m 26 years old and 5.7\" tall ... i facing under weight problem .. my weight is 59Kg.. so please suggest e how can i gain a weight. I want my weight will be around 66 to 68Kg. So please all let me know how can i gain a weight,

Go and search a gym in your area join it and in few months with regular training and diet you will gain weight.

According to your age and height you are not under weight it just that you have to gain a bit thats not an issue consult your doctor and take proper medicine for it.

Hi just go and join a good gym there ask for a personal trainer and within six months you will see the changes in you as the trainer will work on you to increase your weight.

Always try to follow a controlled diet with exercise that is mostly for gaining weight. But i just suggest you. Please don't take any powder to gain weight since it might have some side effects and also will give some other problem in future. I hope you understand its your health and life . Take care.

use weight gain powder. it really helps and workout daily. my brother also was underweight. his gym trainer suggested weight gain powder.it really helped him.

I would suggest not to use any powder since it can have side effects on the body or some other issue in long run. Its not that easy to gain weight but shortcuts might effect in a bad way on your own body. Try to consult a doctor and also weight training on particular type and proper diet is a must
