Do incorporate sprouts in your family’s diet. It’s a great source of protein with no fat. If raw cannot be consumed try cooking it out. You can various recipes for dishes with sprouts.

I had a gym partner who was vegetarian. Although we started together I found out he was developing muscles faster. When asked the secret, I found out it was sprouts.

Sprouts are very healthy. But regular use can lead to upset in digestion. Thus they should be taken in right quantity and not every day. Also they can be cooked and consumed with chapatti or rice.

this is a very good article i fund on sprouts. thank you. yes i incorporate sprouts in my and my families diet. i make sprouts bhel. i add some onion, tomato, koriander leaves, chaat masala, salt to taste and give them as a evening snack.
