Hi All,
I visited my doc last week (this is my 17th week). I gained almost 5 kgs this week :(...Doc advised me thyroid test as my thyroid levels were little high at the end of the 3rd week. The good thing is that my thyroid levels are normal now. But I am worried about the weight gain.

Is it because I eat mangoes, sweets and pickles.

Is this a cause of concern for my baby.

i actually hav lost 1 kg...and my 5th month starts tomorrow...doc said i shud not lose weight...so gainin weight is a must...

Hi , I have gained around 2 kgs. Just check with ur doc , if she says its fine then don' worry . Has your GTT been done ? Is that normal?

HI,
My doc just told me that 5 kgs is not acceptable. and immediately suggested thyroid test. She has also sugested diet. Since it was normal she said no treatment needed. But I was just concencerned
