Fear of Pregnancy – Tokophobia:Fear of Breaking water bag in public

Whilst I was pregnant I was afraid to go out anywhere as I feared that my water will break. I was paranoid on thinking if my water broke while shopping or in my workplace. I imagined the embarrassing situation.Was I irrational?

Water leak is preceded with some warnings. Even if it comes with no warning, the fluid leak will not be much so as to cause embarrassment. Sometimes it is only a trickle. don' t worry Take it lightly

Subject:  Irrational fear of Water breaking in public



Your fear was not completely irrational. It could definitely happen. But this does not happen in a sudden.it’s usually preceded by warning contractions, which will give indications of your delivery.
