Take besan and buttermilk(medium consistency and little bit shower) in 1:3 proportion and mix it like u r making kadhi. Add grounded green chili and ginger.Add salt to taste.
Put it on stove and make sure it doesn' t get stick.Prepare one thali back with oil spreaded on it ahead of time. Put some khandavi lot that u made on thali and spread it with unused credit card. Don' t put too much oil or it won' t spread. Cut in thin strips and roll it.
Once u hv all the rolls done, put vaghar on it. Decorate it with coriander leaves and grated dried coconut.
Tip: Don' t try to make too much at a time coz u need to be so fast applying batter on thali or if it gets little bit cold, u can' t do it.
