enlarged kidney in fetus

2 days bak,i had a 30th week Ultrasound, in which it was found out that my baby has slightly enlarged kidney (both). I donot know what is the consequences of this, i never heard of this thing. also, My amniotic fluid level is below than normal. Blood Spoting
