I agree with Kapil. If you want to lose weight, you should walk everyday without fail. Walking can help to control obesity to the greater extent. Walking improves blood circulation and helps to get healthy body and fit body.

Walking is the best exercise for coping with obesity. If you walk for 45 to 60 minutes every day, you can cope with obesity very easily. However, it is also very important to keep control on eating habits. If you do not control the eating habits, it is difficult to cope with obesity.
