Sweet limes are good choice for low calorie and low fat diets. It has negligible fat. The majority of the calories in a sweet lime come from carbohydrates. A serving of sweet lime provides copper, calcium, iron and phosphorus in smaller amounts.It also gives daily dose of potassium. so in all it is a very good fruits that you can have daily.
