Problems in School:pls help me in NPS

hai,
i am trying for my daughter for 1st std in indira nagar NPS for the next academic year..
pls help me out in answering the foll:
1.will there be any vacancy in 1st std thr.. if so when will they give the application..
2.wat do they expect frm the kid.. what will be asked in written test so that i can prepare her frm now..
i stay 2 kms frm the school.. will that be considered?
do share ur views parents.. iam trying hardly...

I heard they are handing out the forms already (if not will be doing so in October).

For 1st standard - there may be a test (no idea what the content of that will be). Either way - talk to the school to get to know the information. More important - keep calling them at regular intervals (to ensure that nothing changed).

Proximity to the school does matter. But as Nita said vacancy situation will determine all the factors.

Dear Sakshi
It is very difficult to get admission in any of the branch of NPS.Still u can try if they have place or if some child would have dropped out.There are many other good schools in Indiranagar.you can try there also.
I think in written test they will simply ask the syllabus of previous class.
I don' t think proximity to school will be given any advantage.
