once of the most common complaints after delivery is constipation. Persistent constipation can lead to formation of hemorrhoids.to deal with constipation have enough of fiber rich foods and increase the intake of water. also include some form of physical activity to ease the bowel movements

Subject:  pain after delivery
my first delivery was normal and i had no complications and also not much of pain but after my second delivery, i am having severe abdominal pain. initially i thought it to be after birth pains but its been a long time. i am now taking painkillers from our local chemist but still not getting any relief. what should i do?

you should never take pain killers without your doctors prescription. First of all what you did was wrong. you should have checked with your doctor regarding the abdominal pain. pain for a long time may be due to some reason. it s never too late to start, consult your doctor now
