Miscarriage and Child Loss:High TNF-Alpha can be reason fr early miscarriages
2009-01-17
Name: Neeta Gupta Hi,

I am 29 year old, married for 5 years, i concieved 5 times, 1st time i got it aborted as it was just after 1 month of my marriage (i regret it). After that i concieved 4 times, but was not able to carry it for more than 7 weeks in 3 of the pregnancies, in one of my pregnancies fetus had NTD and i had to get my 3 month old aborted. So far i can say that i have gone thorugh a lot and was now on the verge of giving up to this desire of wanting a baby in my life.

Till now, every diagnosis was suggested of my bad luck, but then i cannot have such a bad luck at all the time, so i started studying on internet about recurrent misscarriages. My gynae also has now started taking me seriously after 3 miscarriages, she realise that there must be some problem, she suggested i go for CD-56 and CD-59 cells test from Double Helix from Dr Reita Ghosh.

I have been tested with high TNF-alpha (CD-56 cells) and this is caused by Latent Tuberculosis and Doctors suggest that this can be reason for all my early miscarriages. Latest TB is there in most of us and this can cause TNF-alpha overproduction which will treat pregnancy as a tumor. I have started taking medicines for this - usual treatment time is 6 months. I also plan to get CD-59 cells tested and if required undergo LIT therapy. I still wish to become a mother of a healthy child, i hope this one dream of mine and all other girls who are in the same boat as i am, come true.

All the best to everyone.

Neeta

Wow Neeta. You sound very familiar to all these cellular terminologies. Very few patients and women are found knowledgeable.
In moat cases the gynecologists and doctors do not let the couple or the patient understand reason of miscarriage and infertility.
In my cases luckily I met Dr. Rajeev Agarwal (Director of Care IVF in Kolkata) before I enroll myself for viability scan and IVF treatment. The patient counseling session was awesome.

conceiving is major task in one women life, it is done when they do not have any health issues, its becoming very hard to conceive only you should first confirm it.

Hi Neeta,
It is highly difficult to have baby at that age because there might be many reasons and it would be hard to manage them also but am sure you will have kids in your life.

Hi Neeta,
When you were very clear about the reason that why mis carriages had took place. Then you need to confirm that either it is true or not.First confirm it and then go for any other medicine.

I too suffered 2 miscarraiges .after my 1st ectopic pregnancy dr geeta kinra put me on akt kit for tb treatment for complete 9 months , after 2 yrs I conceived again , was diagnosed with tnf alpha and was vaccinated in my 2nd month but after a week it was aborted, the babys heart beat stopped and agin after d&c the doc. came up with the diagnosis of tb this time bychance we also consulted tb specialist with all my reports of thepast 7 yrs.according to him I never had any tb and that 90 % of the people in india can come out with the tb with all those blood tests .he even considered all those tests & even double helix fake.we were shocked .I even told hom to suggest his test but he showed me my endometrium tissue test of 7 yrs back & said I had no need as I already had got it done & that only test confirms tb which iwas not suffering frm.after that ive gone to many good & grt tb specialists & also gynaes including shiela mehra of moolchand & also abha majumdar of genesis clinic (gangaram ) to confirm and all r giving same opinions of no tb &that there is no role of tnf these all tests r not even valid .they r experimenting.there is no such test of tnf.
