am 16yrs old & my height is 5.0'ft. i want to increase 2-3 inches more.

there is no genetical problem as both of my parents & their family background has a good height, all are more than 5.4'.

is there any particular execise or diet that would help me in increasing height?

please give me some tips to increase height( exercise, diet or some other way).

these days on TV they are showing ad of Hiko good height which is a foot wear. many girls are saying they have gained height by using it. but i don't know whether its true or they are saying this for ad. does anyone know about this?

At this age growth starts coming to a halt, but stretching exercises can certainly help. Ever think of tring Yoga or Pilates?
Having a good posture can also help.
